GeTS Holidays (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy explains what we collect through this page, why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”).
GeTS Holidays does not sell anything or take payment through this page. We do not process bookings or payments online. This policy covers only the information we collect when you send us an enquiry here. There is no account sign-in and no newsletter sign-up on this page — we collect nothing beyond what is described below.

a) Enquiry form — When you fill out our enquiry form, we collect your destination interest, travel window, party size, budget range, name, email address, phone number, and anything else you choose to tell us. This information goes to our travel-design team so a designer can respond to your enquiry and begin shaping a proposed itinerary.
b) Campaign attribution — If you reached this page from an advertisement or a link, the web address may carry identifiers recording which ad or campaign brought you here — a Google Click ID (gclid, gbraid or wbraid) and UTM parameters — along with the address of the page you landed on and the site that referred you. We hold these in your browser’s session storage while you are on the page and submit them with your enquiry, so we can tell which advertising is working. They are cleared when you close the tab.
c) Technical and anti-spam information — Each time an enquiry is submitted we record the sender’s IP address, the browser user-agent string and the time of submission. We use these only to protect the form from automated abuse and to limit repeated submissions.
d) Cookies and usage data — We collect usage statistics — such as which sections are viewed and how far the page is scrolled — and advertising measurement data, through third-party cookies and tags managed via Google Tag Manager. These help us understand how visitors use the page, measure the performance of our advertising campaigns, and show you relevant ads (see Cookies, below).
After you submit an enquiry, the details you entered are held briefly in your browser’s session storage so the confirmation page can acknowledge receipt and record the conversion. Your email address is removed from that store as soon as it has been used.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass your enquiry to other tour operators or travel agencies. Cookie-based data (not your name, email, or phone number) may be used, including by our advertising partners such as Google, to measure our ad campaigns and show you relevant ads.
When an enquiry reaches us, an automated rule set gives it a priority grade based on the answers you gave — budget range, how far ahead you are travelling, party size, destination, and whether you left us any notes. That grade affects only how quickly and by whom your enquiry is picked up. It produces no decision about you and has no legal or similarly significant effect: every enquiry is read and answered by a person.
Under the DPDP Act, we process your personal data based on your consent. Where you provide information through the enquiry form, you are giving us consent to process that information for the purposes described in this policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at query@getsholidays.com, though this may affect our ability to respond to your enquiry.
We share your enquiry with our own team — the travel designers and on-ground colleagues who would plan and run your journey — for the purpose of responding to you. We do not sell your personal data to anyone, and we do not share it with other travel companies.
Microsoft — this page, the enquiry form and our record of your enquiry all run on Microsoft Azure, and the notification email to our team is sent through a Microsoft service. Microsoft processes this data on our behalf and is bound by its own data processing terms with us.
Google — we use Google Analytics and Google Ads, through Google Tag Manager, to measure which advertising brings us enquiries. On the confirmation page shown after you submit the form, your email address is converted into an irreversible hashed value that is sent to Google so it can match your enquiry to the advertisement you clicked — a feature Google calls Enhanced Conversions. Google does not receive your email address in readable form, and we do not send Google your name, your phone number, or the contents of your enquiry.
We do not otherwise share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law.
We keep a record of each enquiry — including the campaign identifiers submitted with it — so we can respond to you, and so we can measure and reconcile the advertising that brought you here.
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. When it’s no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it so it no longer identifies you.

Our services are provided from India and this policy is governed by Indian law, including the DPDP Act. Most visitors to this page are in the United States; if you contact us from outside India, your information will be transferred to and handled in India (and on Microsoft’s servers, which may be located in other countries) as described in this policy.
Wherever you are located, we extend you the same choices and rights described in this policy — including access, correction, and deletion of your data, and withdrawal of consent — via query@getsholidays.com. If the privacy laws of your state or country grant you additional rights, we will honour reasonable requests made under them to the extent we are able.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Your data is stored on Microsoft Azure servers, which may be located outside India and outside the United States; it remains protected as described in this policy wherever it is stored.
We use analytics cookies to understand how this page is used, and advertising cookies. Advertising cookies — set by third parties such as Google through Google Tag Manager — are used to measure the effectiveness of our ad campaigns and to show you relevant ads on other websites (remarketing). These cookies do not contain your name or contact details. This page has no sign-in, so we set no login cookies. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings, or opt out of personalised Google ads at adssettings.google.com, though this may affect how the page performs for you.
This page and our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here with a revised “last updated” date. If changes are significant, we’ll take reasonable steps to notify you.
